Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of CONFIG by Network Kings (the "Service"), operated by Network Kings ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service is provided solely for education and training.

• All devices, operating systems, command-line interfaces, web interfaces, packet captures and network behaviour are simulations written by us. They are not Cisco IOS, IOS XE, Junos, FortiOS, PAN-OS or any other vendor software, contain no vendor code, and may differ from real equipment in syntax, defaults, output and behaviour.
• Configurations, commands and answers produced in the Service must not be relied on for production networks. Always validate against real equipment and official vendor documentation.
• Course content is designed to help you prepare, but we do not guarantee that you will pass any exam or obtain any certification or job.
• Use the skills you learn only on networks and systems you own or are explicitly authorised to work on.

Cisco, IOS, CCNA, CCNP, Juniper, Junos, JNCIA, JNCIS, JNCIP, Fortinet, FortiGate, FortiOS, NSE, Palo Alto Networks, PAN-OS, PCNSE and other product and certification names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to describe the subjects taught. Network Kings is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Cisco Systems, Inc., Juniper Networks, Inc., Fortinet, Inc. or Palo Alto Networks, Inc.

You must give accurate information and keep your sign-in details secure. Accounts are personal: do not share your account or let others use your subscription. You are responsible for activity under your account. Learners under 18 may use the Service only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

The free Starter plan gives limited access (for example the first module of each path and a small number of labs) as described in the Service; we may change what it includes. Paid plans unlock the content described on the plans page at the time of purchase. Prices are shown in the Service and payments are processed by Razorpay; by paying you also agree to Razorpay's terms. Plan duration, what is included and any refund terms are as shown at checkout. We may change prices or plans for future purchases; changes do not affect a plan you have already paid for.

You agree not to:

• copy, resell, redistribute or publicly share our lessons, labs, questions or exam content;
• scrape, reverse engineer or bypass access controls, trials or payment checks;
• attack, overload or interfere with the Service or other users;
• use the AI features to create harmful, unlawful or abusive content, or enter other people's personal data into them;
• use the Service in violation of any law.

The Service, including the simulator, lessons, labs, questions, text, graphics and software, is owned by Network Kings or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property law. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own learning while your account is in good standing.

You keep ownership of the lab topologies, configurations and notes you create. You give us permission to store and process them to provide the Service to you. You are responsible for what you enter and must not upload unlawful content.

AI-generated hints, explanations and labs are provided to support learning and may be incomplete or incorrect. Verify important information before relying on it.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted availability. The simulator is an approximation and may contain errors.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Network Kings is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from applying anything learned or configured in the Service to real networks or systems. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the three months before the claim.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms, misuse the Service or put other users at risk. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
